Réva Langhe DOC Nebbiolo

Vinification
Manual selection of the grapes on a vibrating table.
Soft pressing, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 15 days.
After fermentation, the wine is transferred to 35 hectoliter Austrian oak Stockinger barrels, where it matures for four months. The wine is then bottled and matured for a further 11 months.
