Manual selection of the grapes on a vibrating table.
Soft pressing, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 20 days.
After fermentation, the wine matures for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.

Fresh and vibrant aromas of crunchy cherry, plum, and small black fruit, complemented by light floral notes and a hint of sweet spice and soft balsamic notes. The palate immediately reveals a bright acidity.
The palate is energetic and taut, with minimal but beautifully integrated tannins. Fruity, lively, and very drinkable.
