Mainly dark and red soils, rich in rubble, calcareous marls and basalt
Harvest:
Highly selective manual harvest in small crates
Vinification:
Natural curing for 3 months, traditional skin maceration for 4–5 weeks
Maturation:
Maturation in clay pots, oak barrels and barriques for 2 years, followed by bottle maturation before release

16% vol.

Bright ruby red with garnet hues
Nose:
Rich aroma with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, vanilla and sweet spices

Full and warm, beautifully enveloping on the palate. Long finish with silky tannins.
