A smooth and elegant Valpolicella with a vibrant ruby red color. The aroma reveals refined notes of dried fruit and hay, while the palate is rich and full-bodied with a soft structure and beautiful balance. Thanks to traditional vinification and short oak aging, this wine is perfectly drinkable yet retains plenty of character. A versatile red wine that pairs perfectly with pasta, grilled red meat, and aged cheeses.

Soil: Predominantly red and brown soils on rubble, marl and basalt
Wine production: approx. 120 q/ha
Harvest: Manual, with careful selection of the best bunches
Production method: Traditional vinification on the skins with a maceration in tanks of 15–20 days
Maturation: Maturation in oak barrels for 8–10 months, followed by further maturation in stainless steel
Alcohol percentage: 12.5% vol.
