Soil: Predominantly dark and red soils, rich in rubble, calcareous marl and basalt
Harvest: Very carefully selected grapes, late harvest
Vinification: One month of natural drying, followed by a traditional maceration of 3–4 weeks
Maturation: Maturation in oak barrels and barriques for 1 to 2 years
Alcohol percentage: 13.5% vol.
Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet nuances
