Ca’ Lustra Bianco Olivetani

The Olivetani Veneto Bianco IGT is a wine from the Zanovello Selections that tells a captivating story. A successful blend of white grapes, it ranges from sweet floral aromas to ripe, exotic fruit.

Our Olivetani is a dry, fragrant Bianco (a locally typical blend of white grapes) that, like all white wines from the Zanovello Selections, continues to develop with age. Its fruity style and beautiful balance make this white wine very versatile at the table. It pairs beautifully with both land and sea dishes, such as a slice of good prosciutto crudo, tortellini, or a seafood platter. Serve around 12–14°C.

Once upon a time, in the Euganean Hills, farmers planted different grape varieties side by side, often creating a small vegetable garden among the vines. This practice ensured the family's annual food supply and increased the plants' resistance to disease thanks to the diversity of the crops. When harvest time arrived, the grapes were picked, pressed, and vinified together. This historic custom inspired Olivetani: a complex white wine whose balance comes from the careful selection of white grapes, where each variety is given its fullest expression.
