Marco Donati Kerner – Spicchio di Luna
A fresh and aromatic white wine from the sunny Valle dei Laghi, near Lake Garda. Straw yellow in color with notes of apricot, peach, and flowers. Dry, lively, and perfectly balanced on the palate, with a long, refined finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, light meat dishes, and cheeses.

Production area
Originating from grapes grown on the sunny hills of the Valle dei Laghi in Trentino, near Lake Garda.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grape bunches, fermentation at controlled temperatures, and maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Colour: straw yellow, sometimes with greenish tinges
Nose: fresh and aromatic, with aromas of ripe apricot and peach
Taste: dry, lively and juicy, with a well-balanced structure and a long finish
Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Its structure makes this wine a versatile pairing—from cheeses and cured meats to fish dishes with salmon or whitefish. It's also excellent as an aperitif.
