Vineyards located in the municipalities of Sizzano and Suno.
Harvest time:
Mid-September.
Vinification:
The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 17–18°C, in order to optimally preserve the typical aromas.

Colour: Straw yellow with lively greenish reflections.
Nose: Elegant and harmonious, with a fresh and fruity bouquet.
Taste: Harmonious, full and pleasantly soft.

Recommended combinations:
Excellent as an aperitif; pairs well with appetizers, fish dishes, white meat, and young cheeses. Serve at 10–12°C.
