Originating from grapes grown in the vineyards of Sardagna, situated on the hills flanking Monte Bondone above Trento.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grape bunches to preserve the refined character. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
