Sulin Balon Baratuciat
A refined white wine that reflects the elegance of the Piedmontese terroir. Its straw-yellow color with subtle greenish-yellow highlights immediately catches the eye, while the fresh nose of apple and tropical fruit invites the first sip. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a mineral note that enhances its character.
Perfect as an aperitif, but also an ideal accompaniment to light fish dishes, delicate pasta, or tender white meats. This wine, sourced from the Madonna dei Monti vineyards at an altitude of 310 meters, is carefully vinified in stainless steel to preserve all its freshness and aromatic purity.
