The wine has a bright appearance. The nose is both expressive and refined, with notes of unripe peach. On the palate, it is deep and clean. Excellent for drinking young, but also suitable for aging, where the spiciness develops into sweeter notes of lemon and wild white berries.
Vinification
After a six-hour cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for five months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
