Pravis Pinot Grigio Polin

On the nose, Polin is rich with aromas of peach and pear, with subtle mineral notes. These impressions flow seamlessly on the palate, where seductive intensity and crisp acidity combine with nuances of ginger and cider in the mid-palate. The finish is clean, with a refreshing, slightly bitter edge that makes the wine exceptionally drinkable. At the same time, Polin is very versatile at the table: from antipasti to medium-structured dishes and main courses with white meat.

Vinification
After an overnight cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for five months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
