The Timorasso is the pillar of our wine project.
When enjoyed young, this wine displays floral and citrus aromas. As it ages, it develops further, developing a distinct mineral depth – the characteristic that makes this wine so special.

Excellent with fish, shellfish, white meat, and fried vegetables. Asian dishes with soy sauce also complement Timorasso's fresh acidity perfectly.

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested from the best bunches in early September at optimum ripeness; gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
MATURATION: 9 months in stainless steel tanks
BOTTLE MATURATION: 8–12 months

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12–14°C

100% Timorasso
A rare, indigenous white grape from Piedmont known for its rich structure and distinct minerality. Timorasso produces full-bodied, aromatic wines with notes of citrus, white flowers, and honey, which age beautifully. An elegant grape with character – fresh, complex, and purely Italian.
