The Riesling Renano was planted by Daniele in 2021. The choice of this special grape variety, unusual for the Langhe region, made it possible to preserve the adjacent forest – essential for their bee colonies.

Vinification involves cryomaceration in the press, where a portion of the grape bunches remains intact for five hours, followed by a gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 20 days. This is followed by aging in stainless steel vats for six months .

This wine has a pleasant acidity and character , is already delicious to drink, but can also be left in the cellar for a few years to develop further – and then it will surprise you again.

Riesling Renano
This is a noble white grape variety of German origin, known for its refined freshness, minerality, and aromatic purity. It produces wines with vibrant acidity and aromas of citrus, green apple, peach, and flowers, which can age beautifully and develop complex honey and petroleum notes over time. In Piedmont, Riesling Renano is surprisingly elegant and expressive, with a uniquely Italian character.
