This border Nebbiolo vineyard , located near the Barolo region, boasts limestone-rich soil, which imparts a pronounced minerality and juiciness to the wine. Our Nebbiolo is partially made using whole grapes, followed by a 14-day maceration in stainless steel . Aging takes place for 10 months : 70% in large Garbellotto Slavonian oak barrels and 30% in concrete vats .
