The This wine combines vibrant freshness with elegant depth. Sourced from old vines (1977–2003) and carefully hand-harvested, this wine matures partly in concrete vats and partly in Austrian oak. The result is a full-bodied, juicy Barbera with ripe red fruit, a supple structure, and a harmonious balance between power and elegance.

Some of the grapes come from the vineyard directly below our winery, facing west, where the wines gain complexity and structure . The remaining grapes come from the vineyard where our "ciabot" (traditional Piedmontese winery) is located – this ensures freshness and acidity , even in the driest years.
The vinification includes 10 days of maceration in stainless steel , followed by 10 months of maturation : 70% in concrete vats and 30% in Austrian oak tonneaux.
