Colour
Ruby red with a tendency towards cherry red.

Smell
A fresh, fruity and floral aroma in which the scent of roses is particularly noticeable.

Taste
Sweet, fresh, and delicate. It retains the characteristic aroma of freshly squeezed grape juice.

Combinations
Excellent with dry pastries and desserts in general. Also delicious with fruit salads—especially with peaches—as a sugar substitute, or with ice cream. It's also very suitable as an aperitif.

Serving temperature
8–10°C.

Preservation
The bottles should be stored in a cool, dark place. To fully appreciate its freshness, it is recommended to consume the wine within one and a half to two years at the latest.

Vinification
Yeast fermentation at a controlled temperature in refrigerated steel tanks. The wine remains in contact with the skins for only one to two days. After separating the must, the wine is transferred to autoclave tanks at 0°C.
