About the wine
For years, it remained somewhat in the shadows, behind the scenes—like a cinematic "voice off-screen" to which no face can be identified. It grows on excellent terroir, just a few meters beyond the geographical (but not geological) boundary of the DOC "Teroldego Rotaliano."

Color, smell, taste
Intense ruby red in color. The nose reveals notes of red fruit and the characteristic aroma of violets. On the palate, the balance between structure and freshness creates a soft, seductively harmonious wine.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C.

Vinification: Red vinification with fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Skin maceration for 10 days with immersion and pumping over. Maturation: 7–8 months in barriques for half the volume and the remainder in stainless steel, followed by 4 months of bottle aging.

Alcohol content: 12.5%

100% Teroldego
A native red grape variety from Trentino, northern Italy, considered the region's finest red grape, Teroldego produces wines with a deep ruby color, aromas of red and black fruit, violets, and a subtle spicy note. On the palate, it is characterized by freshness, soft tannins, and a harmonious structure—elegant, lively, and typically mountainous in character.
