The wine
A rosé with an intense cherry pink color, made from Lagrein and Teroldego grapes—two typical varieties of this region that give the wine its deep color intensity. While the color is unusual for a rosé, it is entirely characteristic of these grapes.

Color, smell, taste
Intense cherry pink in color. Fresh, delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Fresh on the palate at the start, with a lovely acidity that elegantly blends with the softness of the fine yeast residue, creating a smooth drinking experience.

Altitude: 200 meters above sea level

Planting density: Guyot 6,000 sticks/ha, Pergola 3,600 sticks/ha

Vinification: Harvested by hand in mid-September, selecting slightly less ripe bunches to preserve freshness. The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and briefly macerated with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 20°C in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks with regular bâtonnage to keep the fine yeast residues in suspension.

73% Lagrein, 27% Teroldego
A vibrant blend of two indigenous Trentino grapes. Lagrein brings deep color, structure, and aromas of ripe red fruit, while Teroldego provides freshness, elegance, and a subtle floral note. Together, they create a harmonious rosé with character, fruity expression, and a seductive balance between freshness and softness.
