Bronzato Valpolicella Ripasso

A rich and full-bodied red wine from Verona, obtained through secondary fermentation on the lees of Amarone grapes. This traditional Ripasso method gives the wine a deep character with notes of ripe red fruit, herbs, and a hint of oak. Elegantly balanced, with soft tannins and a long, warming finish—perfect with stews, game, and aged cheeses.

Vineyards
The vineyards are located in the northeastern part of the municipality of Verona, in a hilly area 300–500 meters above sea level. The soil consists of clay-limestone with a significant presence of rock.

Vinification and Maturation
The Ripasso production method involves re-fermenting Valpolicella wine on the lees of dried Amarone or Recioto grapes. This technique gives Valpolicella additional complexity and structure. After fermentation, the Ripasso rests for approximately 12 months in oak barrels, followed by another 6 months of aging in steel tanks.

Grape variety

70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella
This classic Valpolicella blend combines Corvina for elegant fruit and freshness, Corvinone for depth and powerful structure, and Rondinella for softness and harmonious aromas. Together they create a balanced, characterful wine with a typical Veronese profile.
