Color, smell, taste
Intense yellow color with golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of ripe yellow fruit and hints of aromatic herbs. The palate is soft and full-bodied on the attack, with a fresh acidity that enlivens the flavor and a long, lingering finish. A versatile and satisfying wine, ideal for a variety of pairings.

Production area: “Zablani” zone, Mezzocorona, Trento

Planting density: 4,000 sticks/ha
Average age of the vines: more than 40 years

Vinification: Hand-harvested in mid-September, with selection of the bunches to achieve a slight overripening. White vinification with alcoholic fermentation at 22°C in stainless steel tanks. Maturation on lees with regular bâtonnage. 25% of the wine is aged in new barriques, the rest in stainless steel. The wine then rests in the bottle for a further four months before release.

100% Chardonnay
One of the world's most versatile and respected white grapes, it finds particularly refined expression in Italy. Italian Chardonnay combines ripe yellow fruit, subtle floral notes, and a fresh minerality. Depending on the vinification, it produces wines that range from vibrant and fruity to full-bodied, creamy, and elegantly oak-aged—always with a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
