Guidetti Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo

Production area:
Vineyards located in the municipalities of Sizzano and Ghemme.

Harvest time:
Grapes harvested in the first half of October.

Vinification:
The grapes are macerated for 8–10 days to prevent the must from becoming too rich in tannins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains at 20°C to complete malolactic fermentation.

Maturation:
In stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of bottle maturation.

Characteristics of this wine:
Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Aroma: Intense, delicate and fruity.
Taste: Dry, full, well structured and slightly tannic.

Alcohol content:
13% vol.

Recommended combinations:
A wine for the entire meal, excellent with flavorful dishes such as red meat, game, roast meats, stews, and semi-mature cheeses. Serve at 18–20°C.
