IGT Traminer Aromatico delle Venezie
Production area
Vineyards located on the hills of Pressano and below the Ceola di Giovo district, along the banks of the Avisio River. They lie on a southwest-facing slope with clay and porphyry soils, at an altitude of between 200 and 300 meters.
Vineyard
Guided according to the simple Trentino pergola and Guyot method.
The vineyards are between 10 and 15 years old.
Vinification
The harvest is done by hand, followed by a gentle and slow pressing of the whole grapes.
The wine matures for six months on the fine yeast residues in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the typical freshness and aromatic intensity of this variety.
It then rests in the bottle for another 2–3 months before being released onto the market.
