The nose combines intense aromas of pink grapefruit, cedar, rosemary, and elderflower. The palate is crisp and mineral, with a refined balance between freshness and saltiness. A stylish, aromatic Sauvignon full of energy and finesse – perfect as an aperitif or with light fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10–12°C.

Characteristics of the wine
The wine has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
On the nose intense citrus aromas with notes of pink grapefruit and cedar, complemented by aromatic herbs such as rosemary and thyme,
and delicate floral accents of elderflower.
On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance between
Freshness and saltiness. Long, lingering finish.
