An elegant rosé from the heart of Alto Piemonte, made with Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara. Pale pink in color with a refined bouquet of red fruit, flowers, and a hint of minerality. Fresh, lively, and harmonious on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes, fish, and summer meals.

Production area: Alto Piemonte, in the municipality of Boca, subzone Garona, province of Novara, Italy.
Harvest: Early to late September; the grape bunches are selected by hand and collected in crates of approximately 20 kg.
Vinification: Soft pressing at low speed; fermentation at low temperature to highlight the typical aromatic qualities of the grapes.
Gastronomic pairings: ideal as an aperitif (1); also goes well with the entire meal (2), especially with pasta dishes, fish, white meat and vegetables.
Serving temperature: (1) 8–10°C, (2) 12–14°C

A traditional grape blend from Alto Piemonte. Nebbiolo brings structure, elegance, and aromas of rose and spice. Vespolina adds vibrant freshness, spice, and color, while Uva Rara provides softness, roundness, and fruity notes. Together, they create a harmonious blend with character, balance, and refined complexity.
