Poderi Garona Tritone Rosso
A characterful red wine from northern Piedmont, made from Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara. Purple-red in color with a fruity and floral aroma. Warm and balanced on the palate, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. Perfect with meat dishes, game, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.

Production area: Alto Piemonte, in the municipality of Boca, subzone Garona, province of Novara, Italy.
Harvest: mid to late September; the bunches are selected by hand and collected in crates of approximately 20 kg.
Vinification: Careful pressing with destemming at low speed, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures to best express the typical aromatic qualities of the grapes.
Maturation: in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by further maturation in the bottle.
Gastronomic combinations: excellent with typical salamis, pasta dishes, red meat, game, grilled dishes and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C

This traditional grape blend from Alto Piemonte forms the foundation for elegant and characterful wines. Nebbiolo provides structure, finesse, and complex aromas of rose, cherry, and spice. Vespolina adds vibrant freshness, spicy notes, and color intensity, while Uva Rara provides softness, roundness, and fruity suppleness. Together, they create wines with balance, depth, and refinement—characteristic of the unique terroir of Northern Piedmont.
