Technical information
The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes from the "La Casetta" vineyard, located at an altitude of 450 meters and facing southwest. Fermentation takes place on the skins for approximately 15–20 days at a controlled temperature of 27–28°C. Malolactic fermentation then follows in stainless steel tanks, specially designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and color. After this process, the wine is aged for 24 months: the first 12 months in 500-liter oak barrels and the following 12 months in 3,000-liter oak barrels. Finally, the wine is bottled and stored for further aging.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red color; an intense aroma reminiscent of small red fruit. Beautiful aromas of licorice and chocolate emerge during oak aging. The palate displays excellent freshness, perfectly balanced with a powerful structure. The tannins are clearly present but never overpowering. The finish is long and very persistent. It has excellent aging potential.

This is Tuscany's iconic grape, known for its crisp acidity, elegant tannins, and aromas of cherry, red fruit, violets, and subtle spice. It produces structured wines with finesse and excellent aging potential.
