Technical information
Alcoholic fermentation takes place on the skins for approximately 10–15 days at a controlled temperature of 27–28°C. Malolactic fermentation then follows in stainless steel tanks, specially designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and color. Finally, the wine is bottled and stored for further aging.

Tasting notes
Ruby red in color; the bouquet is lively and expressive, with a beautiful floral aroma and hints of violets. The wine is fruity with hints of freshly harvested fruit. The palate displays ample freshness and minerality. The beautiful sapidity gives the palate a pleasant and drinkable character.

Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Sangiovese gives the wine freshness, vibrant acidity, and notes of cherry, violet, and herbs. Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, depth, and aromas of black fruit and a light spice. Merlot adds roundness and softness, with ripe red fruit and a smooth finish. Together, they form a harmonious and balanced blend.
