Technical information
The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes from the vineyard located in the upper part of the estate, with southwesterly exposure. Fermentation takes place on the skins for approximately 15–20 days at a controlled temperature of 27–28°C. Malolactic fermentation then follows in stainless steel tanks, specially designed for the delicate extraction of tannins and color. After this process, the wine is transferred to 3,000-liter oak barrels, where it ages for 12 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and stored for further aging.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red color, tending toward garnet; an intense aroma of red fruit, beautifully integrated with tertiary aromas of spicy, woody notes from aging. The palate reflects the aroma profile: well-balanced, very persistent, and with fine, elegant tannins.

Sangiovese
This is Tuscany's most important grape variety and is known for its fresh acidity, firm yet elegant tannins, and aromas of cherry, red fruit, violets, and spicy notes. It produces wines with structure, elegance, and excellent aging potential.
