Borgogno Rivata Langhe Arneis 2024
A refined white wine from Piedmont, sourced from 55-year-old vines at an altitude of 355 meters. Thanks to two carefully timed harvests, this Arneis combines vibrant freshness with ripe, full aromas of white fruit and blossom. Aging for ten months, partly in cement and partly in oak barriques, imparts depth, balance, and an elegant texture. Perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes and fish.

For the Arneis grapes, we harvest them two times at different times: one to preserve the natural acidity of some of the grapes, and another to achieve further maturation. Natural fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by five months of aging in cement tanks and another five months in secondhand French oak barriques.

Grape variety
Arneis
Arneis is an indigenous white grape variety from Piedmont, particularly known in the Roero and Langhe regions. It is known for its elegant aromas of white fruit, pear, peach, and flowers, with subtle notes of almond. Arneis produces wines with a soft structure, crisp acidity, and refined minerality. Its delicate character has earned it the nickname "Piedmont's white pride."
