Broglia Gavi La Meirana

For Broglia, Gavi La Meirana is the most representative and classic wine from the estate. For this reason, it bears the estate's name on the label: La Meirana. La Meirana is produced in large, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. All grapes are sourced from the municipality of Gavi and, after arriving in the Broglia cellars, are aged on their lees in steel for six months to optimally preserve the fresh and fruity aromas.

Fermentation takes place between 12 and 16°C, aiming to preserve a fresh aroma and pronounced fruitiness. Sensory analysis shows that La Meirana expresses the exceptional characteristics of the Gavi region, with a characteristic almondy finish. This wine pairs best with fish dishes and white meat. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, finishing with a pleasant almond note.
