Reguta Rosèngeles rosé – IGP Trevenezie
An elegant, fresh and fruity rosé made from 100% Merlot. Light pink in color and sparkling clear, with seductive aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, delightfully fresh, beautifully balanced, and with a refined, juicy finish. Perfect served chilled with light dishes, summer pastas, fish, or simply as a stylish aperitif on a sunny terrace.

Designation of origin: IGP Trevenezie
Harvest: mid-September
Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes with short maceration (6–12 hours) to obtain the typical rosé color. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16–18°C). Aging for 4 months in stainless steel on the fine lees.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Color: light pink, clear cerasuolo
Aroma and flavour profile: fresh and fruity, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. Balanced, fresh taste with good sapidity (savoryness/minerality) and a pleasant finish.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C
Food and wine pairings: Ideal with light starters, fine charcuterie, summer pasta dishes, fish, white meat, and fresh cheeses.
