A small production, dedicated to lovers of hearty rosé wines with more structure. The Sangiovese ferments traditionally in steel, while the Pinot Noir ferments spontaneously in barrique scolma with flor .

The wine's aroma is a mix of pastry notes, ranging from crème brûlée to cocoa beans, before embracing a floral bouquet of small flowers and red fruit. The acidity and saltiness dominate after the first sip, leaving the finish long and intriguing.
