At Passanelli, we believe that true wine is born from passion, craftsmanship, and respect for nature. That's why we're particularly proud of our partnership with Pojer e Sandri, one of the most authentic wineries in Faedo, Trentino-Alto Adige, located between the Adige and Cembra Valleys.
The Pojer e Sandri story began in 1975, when Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri started with two hectares of vineyard and a grand dream: to produce naturally superior wines on the mountainsides of Faedo. Their belief in the power of the rugged, volcanic soil proved justified – today, their wines are known for their minerality, freshness, and pure expression of terroir.
The new generation – Marianna, Matteo, Fiamma, Elisa, and Federico – passionately continues the founders' work. Their combination of youthful enthusiasm, innovation, and respect for tradition makes Pojer e Sandri a winery that exudes the true character of Trentino. The vineyards, nestled between volcanic porphyry and calcareous deposits, yield grapes that reveal their origins in every sip.
Thanks to these shared values, the collaboration between Passanelli and Pojer e Sandri was a natural fit. We are honored to add their exceptional wines to our collection—wines that not only excel in quality but also tell a story of dedication, nature, and Italian elegance.
