Since Giuseppe "zio Bepi" Simoni produced his first wines shortly after World War II, Cantina Simoni has become a winery that embodies the pure mountain character of Trentino. Today, grandson Michele Simoni leads the estate with the same passion. The steep, porphyry-clad terraces imbue their wines with a fresh minerality and unique elegance – from Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc to the powerful Lagrein and the refined sparkling Trentino DOCs Ferro Mosso and Ferro Simoni.
