This is an elegant mountain cuvée from the Valle di Cembra, made with Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau. Fresh and mineral, with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, subtle spice, and a light oakiness. A refined, versatile white wine with a beautiful structure and fresh tension.

Name: Dolomiti IGT
Area: Mountain vineyards in Trentino, Valle di Cembra
Soil: Calcareous, located between 500 and 800 meters above sea level
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. The Müller Thurgau and half of the Chardonnay are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, while the remaining Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels.
Visual assessment: Straw yellow colour.
Nose analysis: Fine and intense, complex nose with notes of tropical fruit and citrus, nicely integrated with spicy nuances.
Palate: Savory and mineral, with a pleasant acidity, typical of mountain wines. Dry and persistent, with a light vanilla note and good structure.
Pairings: Ideal with various appetizers, fish in general, and white meat. Also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.
