De Piemonte Sauvignon 'Bricco del Priore' is een levendige, aromatische witte wijn met een intense strogele kleur en frisse geuren van citrus en groene kruiden. In de mond is hij helder en mineraal, met een perfecte balans tussen sappige zuren en elegantie. Een verfijnde, verfrissende Sauvignon — ideaal als aperitief of bij vis en verse kazen. Serveertemperatuur: 10–12°C.

Did you know?
Bricco del Priore takes its name from the hill where the church of San Giorgio in Aramengo stands. In the past, this vineyard was said to have been cultivated by the village priest.

Vinification
Gentle pneumatic pressing after careful clearing.
The obtained must ( liquid flour must ) ferments at a controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
