Designation: Piemonte DOC Chardonnay
Vineyards: In the municipality of Albugnano
Piping system: Spurred cordon (short pruned espalier)
Harvest: Manually in crates, between late August and early September

Vinification
A short cold maceration in the press ( cryomaceration ). The must is clarified and the grapes are cooled in a cold room, after which fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C.
After the first racking, the wine is matured for approximately 12 to 14 months in French oak barriques.
