Grape variety

Chardonnay / Sauvignon
This blend combines the best of two iconic white grape varieties. Chardonnay brings roundness, structure, and soft notes of ripe fruit, sometimes with a hint of butter or vanilla, depending on the vinification. Sauvignon Blanc adds vibrant freshness and expressive aromas of citrus, green apple, and spice. Together, they create a harmonious wine that is both elegant and refreshing, with a beautiful balance between fruity intensity and mineral purity.
