Returns without giving a reason
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Passanelli of your decision to withdraw from the contract within this period by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the 14-day period has expired.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Wine bottles whose seal has been broken after delivery (opened bottles) are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection reasons.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments made by you, including the costs of standard delivery, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your withdrawal.
Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Passanelli will not be refunded.
If you only return part of the order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No costs will be charged for the refund.
Passanelli may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Return shipment
You must return or hand over the products to us without delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of the cancellation.
You are on time if you return the products before this 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
If you would like Passanelli to arrange the return shipment for you, please contact our customer service department (admin@passanelli.com). We can then send you a PostNL return label. You can then drop off the package at a nearby PostNL point.
If you choose a different carrier, the return costs are entirely at your own expense.

Liability for returns
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
