The story of Rocche dei Manzoni began in 1974, when Valentino Migliorini—a visionary winemaker and restaurateur—purchased a historic farmhouse in Monforte d'Alba. There, he created the first blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera in the region, the iconic Bricco Manzoni. He also introduced the traditional method for sparkling wines and the use of small oak barrels, raising the quality of Piedmontese wines to a new level.
Under the leadership of his son, Rodolfo Migliorini, the wines of Rocche dei Manzoni remain true to their origins, with the perfect balance of elegance, depth, and terroir. The 50 hectares of vineyards, planted with Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, and Pinot Nero, lie at an average altitude of 350 meters and produce wines with the refined character typical of Monforte d'Alba.
